I’m working with a client that is looking to bring on an experienced ERP Manager to take ownership of their NetSuite platform. This individual will play a central role in leading the full rollout of NetSuite, while also ensuring the system is effectively configured, optimized, and aligned with the needs of the wider business.

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee NetSuite implementation and system rollout.

• Configure, customize, and maintain ERP workflows, scripts, and reporting.

• Administer system security, roles, and permissions.

• Partner with finance, operations, procurement, and project teams to translate requirements into ERP solutions.

• Build dashboards and analytics to support business insight and decision making.

• Manage external consultants and vendors for integrations and ongoing support.

• Provide training, SOPs, and user support to ensure adoption.

Ideal Background:

• 5+ years in ERP administration, with at least 3 years directly on NetSuite.

• Strong knowledge of finance, inventory, procurement, project, and CRM modules.

• Hands-on experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and integrations.

• Proven ability to deliver ERP projects on time and within scope.

• Strong communicator with experience partnering across multiple teams.
